SNAP (formerly Spokane Neighborhood Action Program) turned to our office to assist in the re-design for an 8-unit apartment building lost to fire. SNAP’s mission in Spokane is to assist in housing low-income individuals and families in a safe, dignified environment. HM Architects has brought the 1970’s-era project into compliance with current life-safety and energy code required upgrades, as well as brought an economically feasible and updated aesthetic to the building through roof profile redesign and siding upgrades.
