The former 1890’s-era St. Joseph’s Orphanage was renovated and refurbished to become 15-unit Transitional Living Center, developed by Transitions. One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are the core of this supportive housing program. A clothing bank, a large community kitchen and living room, training offices for residents and a suite of administrative offices complete the main and lower levels of the historic building. EduCare, located in a building on-site of the Transitional Living Center offers low-cost therapeutic childcare to the women who make TLC their home.
