An affordable housing project located in Chelan,
Washington targeting farmworker families, single-parent families, and
large low-income families. This 144 unit project was the result of a
collaboration of private, non-profit, and public development resources.
Clustered in a variety of small groups as well as the varying
configuration of housing units encourages the evolution of viable
neighborhoods. Fully believing in a sincere commitment to
